Sweet seeded slices

Ingredients
  

  • 40 mls olive oil
  • 1 banana
  • 60 mls water
  • 40 g sesame seeds
  • 60 g pumpkin seeds
  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
  • 6 medjool dates deseeded

Instructions
 

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 120˚C
  • Line a baking tray with baking or greaseproof paper
  • Place the banana, oil and water into a blender and blend until it is smooth 
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and whizz again until well combined
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin and spread out into your chosen thickness (thin crackers or thicker slices… totally up to you) 
  • Place in the oven and cook until the crackers are beginning to golden and go crisp
  • Break or cut into whatever size you want

Top tips

  • Have fun mixing it up a bit… replace the dates with any dried fruit and swop out the banana for grated apple
  • If you are a nut lover, you can use nuts instead of or as well as seeds
  • These are delicious served warm and last for up to 7 days in an airtight container in the fridge
