Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a thick creamy texture.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving

Refrigerating overnight, letting the flavours infuse, makes this nut cream even more delicious
This recipe makes a delicious breakfast with muesli and/or fruit
Use as a dessert on its own with berries on top or as a side for cake or muffins
